The hotel was fine, in the sense that what was advertised as a 5 star hotel – which is not. The rooms were very, very basic and the beds were not comfortable at all. However, the service we received far exceeded any service we have received in any 5 star hotel. The staff made a special effort to make sure our needs were met. They were friendly, professional, and above all, the staff was the hardest worker I’ve ever seen.

My husband and I show our appreciation to the staff of Sural Saray Antalya hotel, and in turn, treated us like VIPs throughout our stay. The atmosphere was friendly and fun, and the gardens were beautiful. The pools were spotlessly clean and extremely refreshing. The beach area was also very well kept and nice. The food was outstanding and plentiful.

It was a fabulous hotel. Hotel was perfect, the food was amazing, with lots of options, lots of salad, grilled meats, fruit and fresh rice dishes. The service was good. We also tested 3 of the letter were also very good. The reception staff were helpful and polite as were all staff in the restaurants. The staff at the main lobby bar was not always so attentive and advice do not encourage an improvement in service. The pool was fabulous, if a little cold, however, the beach was within walking distance and the sea was amazing.

The entertainment was varied quality in Santai Family Resort hotel but we were quite happy to entertain you. The drinks were plentiful and spirits were better than wine! The other guests were predominently German nationality were much went unheeded. This was not a problem for us, but be warned that we speak with anyone else in English throughout the week. The chairs in those potentially short and they were all occupied by towels! found some on the beach. The only criticism I have is that there are no facilities have utensils to prepare a hot drink in the room. Although you could get tea and coffee in the lobby at times would have been nice to have in the room.

Enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the restaurant of this 5.0 star property in Side, offering dishes for every taste. You’ll also find a beach bar, a poolside bar and a bar or lounge for a drink without leaving your seat or leaning on the bar. Take time to relax thanks to services such as gym and sauna. Why not take a swim in the hotel, with 2 outdoor swimming pools?

Just returned from a week in the Arum and I have to agree with previous reviews. The hotel is wonderful and first class service, we got a better room at no extra cost, with incredible views of the sea and added luxuries. the food was excellent but the restaurant was quite full even at this time of year. I think we have been the only English staying at the hotel, and yes, I agree that some employees seemed to show keeness restaurant to serve the German guests before us but that was not a problem for us. side is a lovely place especially if you’re in a culture. The shopkeepers and bar owners and I guess that all are Germans and greet you as such. Lunch at the Barracuda right next to Temple of Appolo and gave us a lesson gave us information on the history of hand! I recommend a visit there.

The hotel is great and the complex has almost everything. The rooms are clean and spacious with all modern facilities. We had heard of problems with the staff but never found it as they often are more than happy to address your requests and respond to you.The pools are great and the animation team activities too. Also, the beach is fine, but go beyond the ski cabin of the aircraft when the pool as the other side has many hidden rocks in the water. The location is not bad, which has local shops and restaurants on the road by car. However, you are at some distance from the side, which can be excruciating to walk, if you are visiting in the middle of August, but a dolmus or taxi is a cheap and effective way to reach people.

This 5.0 star hotel in Belek have 7 restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you will not have to worry about where to eat during your trip. Well, what I can say about Susesi,
My husband and I go on vacation 3 times a year, and I have to say this is one of the most beautiful of all in which we have been. The staff is very attentive and do whatever you please, from maids to management. The food was great and the rooms were large and comfortable. Definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

We were told to expect a first class service, food and accommodation, and were not at all disappointed. Our request to get a sea view room was treated with a friendly and efficient, as indeed were any of the other requests a week. All staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially in restaurants where Yasuf made ??us feel really special. The food was good, varied and well presented.

The A la carte (Asian, Italian and steak were the 3 we tested) were available when we wanted them – be prepared to feel extremely full after 6 or 7 plates! Premier brands of alcohol were served at our request, otherwise we were gave us – local is still not too bad though! It could have been a few more personal hotels in the cocktail bar before dinner, we got very busy, but not really a problem. The whole hotel, a beach an the sum of spotless, the staff seemed to take great pride in their work. Rooms were cleaned daily with a very high standard, again, simply ask if there was anything we needed. The spa facilities are excellent. The Not many shops nearby, but do not go away from shopping! in short, was a great week, so we thought we revisit, having compared to some of the larger hotels that seemed to lose the personal touch judging by the reviews I’ve read.

We went to Sherwood Breezes with some fear because of the reviews we had read.But these were unfounded. We were very impressed with the hotel and staff. Food and drink are really 24 / 7. Yes, the hotel is full of Germans, but they talk to if you make the effort, made ??some great friends English and German.

The Sherwood pub opened on our last week and the little bartender was great, came in your pint, pint itself, we got almost empty and the other looked. The animation team work hard and if you can laugh at yourself you’ll have a ball. The evening shows are very funny because we were nvolved as ourselves in them and also plays in the day. There was always something to eat at the buffet and if the buffet lunch was not quite to our taste was always something in the tapas restaurant. It is truly a 24 / 7 bar and in room mini bar was replenished daily. We do not take cocaine but after days and ask for pepsi light gave us every day.We had a fantastic holiday and we look forward to returning in the future.

I found a very nice hotel, well located. The staff is very friendly but a few. The services are well designed so that the guest does not get bored in no time. For families with children, Sherwood Breezes hotel is ideal because there are structures and activities designed for them too.

The entertainment is good but not great.

Cleanliness is good, but there are areas that are not taken into account, such as the space of light can be seen going up the elevator.

The food is varied and good. The coffee is not so.

The rooms are comfortable and have a beautiful view (at least that overlooks the sea where we were amazing).

I recommend it but if I ever go back to Lara, I would choose another hotel
